Our final full cruise day …
Overnight, the ship sailed from Ketchican to the start of the Inner Passage:
During the day, we sailed slowly past Vancouver Island on one side and the mainland on the other side:
… taking us past some interesting views:
We also had an opportunity to visit the ship’s galley, seeing how different sections of the kitchen handled different food types. We had one last go at trivia and scored 11 … but the winning team only scored 12.
During the final night, the ship finished its journey to reach Vancouver at just after 7am.
Epilogue
It took time to get the luggage off the ship first thing in the morning but, as we were making our way home ourselves, we were able to get off reasonably early. We were booked into the Hyatt Regency which I’ve stayed at before and is easy walking distance from the port.
